Spec. Dr. Ayşe Kaya

Spec. Dr. Ayşe Kaya is one of the founding clinicians of The Growth Institute, bringing over a decade of clinical expertise in orthodontics. She completed both her undergraduate and specialist training at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, with particular focus on clear aligner therapy and early orthodontic intervention.

Guided by digital technology and individualised treatment planning, Dr. Kaya considers not only her patients’ teeth but their overall development and airway health — a holistic perspective that underpins the clinic’s growth-oriented philosophy.

Dr. Kaya regularly participates in national and international orthodontic congresses to keep her practice at the forefront of the field, believing that knowledge-sharing and teamwork are integral to excellent clinical care.
